They're aftermarket, not original Fiat wheels. The size, backspacing, etc. info looks to be cast in the wheel in one of the 4 spaces between the lugbolt holes, & perhaps the brand name is cast in the outer rim, 2 spaces to the right of the valve stem. The photo's too small/blurry for me to make any of this out with any clarity, sorry.
