First tech question...

What does the charcoal canister look like and where should it be? I don't think mine has one (dreaded P.O.).

Pics would be great.
 
It's pretty hard to miss...

Unless it's missing, of course.

Here are a couple pics of where mine sits, I'm not 100% certain that system is untouched on my car, but I think it is fairly stock.

I don't have one of those in my car. Might explain the fuel odor. There's a larger hose coming from the two vent hoses, goes to the fuel/vapor separator to... an open hose. Looks like I might be missing a second fuel/vapor separator as well. Frustrating, why do people mess with this system? :huh:

If you have fuel odor, also check the large hose between the tank and the inlet. They are notorious for cracking.

That was my first suspect...

But it looks like a fairly new part.

What hold the charcoal canister? Is there a bracket or something?

Also looking for a driver's side seat belt, huh.
