Need media blast and paint or powder coating. The metal bumpers and barckets are straight. The rubber blocks are good and all mounting studs intact. They have both rear plastic end caps and 1 front end cap. Midwest sells new caps. Has all the nuts and washers . They will clean up and look great.
I bought these a few years back and decided not to use them.
