Horn questions

Good Evening all
I have a few horn related questions
My car was disassembled, painted, put back together and never driven 20 years ago by the previous owner.
- where are my horns located?
- how do I remove the steering wheel center cap without breaking it?

Horns go on the hood.

Several of my vehicles I use Hella Hellatones. They aren’t as obvious as in this pic with lighting directed at them but subtle upgrade when viewed other times.

In my scorpion, the original air horns are located in the left front fender well

As to where the horn is located. While a friend honks it, walk around the car until you can locate the source of the honking.

Left front fender, kinda a weird looking horn, I'm trying to figure out how to take the center cap off still as well, might have to consult the manual for this one
