PBS will do his for you for $4 per valve, but you have to pull the head to get them out obviously.
So this is best done when the head is off anyway.
Another method is milling the cam box so that the cam sits closer to the shims, but this will change your cam timing and you have to either get an adjustable cam wheel or redrill the stock wheel.

That is no good. I am very tired of this forum server. InterNIC is working on the domain transfer request, I spoke with them via email today. As soon as the job is processed, we will be able to access the new server via web, and once that happens I will be able to test our new CGI-bin. Once I can do that, we can choose & install our OWN forum software WOOHOO!~
In the meantime, all I can say is to keep a close eye on your posts - it would seem that this Network54 server is getting senile (not the first time either!) -Mac.
