Installing Fuel pressure gauge

I bought an electronic fuel pressure gauge and was wondering where the best place to T off the fuel line to install the sender.

i would put it right before the fuel rail/carb

If stock FI, I would put a "T" in soft line to the cold start valve. If in a MegaSquirt car, the cold start isn't used and can use that line directly.

I installed an analog one in the soft line to the cold start valve ,( as John Allen says above.) Worked fine, didn't bounce at first, but it does now, so I ordered a liquid filled one. There's a pic. of it somewhere in the archives. I put it in to help troubleshoot and decided to leave it there. 81 F.I.
