I have a question about the Iron Crosses and how they fit your car. I have a '75 X and put the Iron Crosses on from my Spider. They seem fit very close to the spring perches on the front struts. I am running 185/60 13 tires and I am concerned about the tires rubbing on the spring perch of the strut. Have you had any problems like this with these rims? I estimate the clearance is about 1/8 of an inch or less as I am unable to get a finger between them.

Can't say that I've noticed problems yet - I've only had them on for a few months. I did notice that the Iron Crosses have quite a bit of backspacing (negative offset), but they are 5 1/2" wide and this help keep the tires away from the arches, since this car is quite severely lowered.
It may depend on the tires since there are wild variation between tires that are nominally the same size. These have Yokohama A509s on them right now.
Do you still have the stock spacer over the brake disk?

I have put ~150 miles on the car since swapping wheels, and haven't had any problems. This is temporary anyway, until I get my new to me wheels refinished and tires on them. The new wheels have more positive offset and should have more clearance.
