True Classic
I've been working with the promoters of the Australian iRace series to run an "Italian Challenge" category. It's been a slow start - lots of keen people have this excuse or that excuse, or have disappeared off the face of the earth, but numbers are building and Friday just gone we attended Round 2 of the series held at Eastern Creek (Sydney Motorsport Park) in NSW. The following Italian cars participated:

Woodie in the Fiat 124 Sedan 2L 8v
JeremyS in the Fiat 124 BC Coupe 2L 16v
JosephS in the chev powered 124 BC Coupe
KaiM in the Maserati Gransport
Myself in the X1/9 1.5L 16v.

Had a great day. Car ran beautifully. Looking forward to the next round at Calder Park in Melbourne (around 1000km from home).

Very cool. But when I read Chevy powered 124 Coupe, the first thing that came to mind was someone stuffed in a V8. Is that the case? Any more pictures of the event?
