I'm not aware of anyone in the US that is currently making parts

The Monte hospital may sell bumpers, not sure about that.

I remember seeing a post in the past couple weeks about somebody (I think in the PNW) who was wanting to get rid of a noseband, however (full length, not the stock Scorp piece). I can't find the post now though. Some searching might turn it up.

TMH and Bayless sell bumpers

TMH also sells the top and is great quality, I didn't even need to paint it. they also sell the nose bands.
