When I got home last night I walked into the garage and it smelled like someone had tried to start the car.
I looked under the car and it was wet on the ground just below the fuel pump.
I then looked at the fuel pump and it is soaked.
I've noticed this before when I first got the car and was trying to get it running.
Is this a common problem with the X or is it time to replace the fuel pump?

Pull the spare and unbolt the 4 bolts that remove the the spare mount which is also an access panel to the distributer, and fuel pump... Also remove the oil filter.
Then ya can see everything...

When I got home last night I walked into the garage and it smelled like someone had tried to start the car.
I looked under the car and it was wet on the ground just below the fuel pump.
I then looked at the fuel pump and it is soaked.
I've noticed this before when I first got the car and was trying to get it running.
Is this a common problem with the X or is it time to replace the fuel pump?

A fix from Napa to the tune of $.75 per foot!

Pull the spare and unbolt the 4 bolts that remove the the spare mount which is also an access panel to the distributer, and fuel pump... Also remove the oil filter.
