I tried a bottle of Lucas fuel treatment and no difference. I’m thinking the 10 years it sat with inactivity caused some buildup of gunk. Plus, it gives me an excuse to work in the garage.

There ya go.... I have a similar weird performance issue and am going to swap out the injectors... I am not convinced they are the issue, but my car also sat for at least a decade without any use, so they are probably not doing that well...
