Proposed FRS radio channel

For those travelling with an FRS 2-way radio, I would like to propose adopting the following frequency to simplify joining up to other groups along the way:

Channel 10 (Roman numeral X), Privacy code 19.

Yes, I plan to be there too, although without a Fiat since they are tucked away out of the snow in Chelan.
 
Memorial format...

This memorial may be less formal than some are used to.

We will have an Xweb display of some of Mac's memorabilia and mementos provided by his mom Leslie.

We will sit (or stand as you prefer) in a rough circle, and there will be some special live music to begin. I'll read a brief eulogy, and something from Rose.

The bulk of the time will be spent sharing stories and memories, one at a time, so that we all can remember Mac and at the same time get to know him better through each others' eyes. Ad lib stories, poetry, whatever you feel like sharing is the idea. When it feels like we're done, about an hour let's say, we'll have some snacks and coffee, tea and mingle.

There will be a couple of guest/memory books for folks to sign, one for Rose and one for Mac's mom.

The forecast is for heavy rain so we'll be glad for the indoor space.

I thought I should give a little warning so folks aren't caught off guard. :)
