It's time to wrap things up
Okay easy things first. The Mystery Switch disables the carb fan from turning on.
The missing Gulp Valve was due to the non stock carb and intake manifold (Abarth) .
The DCNF carb I am running right now does not have the proper ports for connecting the emission control system.
I am in the lucky position that in my area no air care is required. Thus I have decided to remove all associated parts of the fuel emission system including the carb fan. Except some of the hoses as I may want to make the car as much stock as possible (I still have all the parts in stock).
But this is a Winter 2011/2012 project.
I just got the car a few weeks ago. And I am glad it's running pretty good the way it is right now.
