Apparently there are different units for the Carbed and AC Cars...If this is the case I need an FI specific unit.

I got the same one a while back but has anyone come up with a good way of mounting it? The mounts on the factory (on mine anyway) are part of the canister.

Just get a strip of
1 inch wide by (say) 16 gauge steel (stainless if you can) by about 15 inches long. (I haven't measured precisely but 15 inches will cover it)
It will bend around it and fit into a track built within the canister itself.
The basic shape is as: (an upside-down U-shape with tabs) Just need holes at the ends to secure it like the original.
OR, if you have a dremel you can cut it from the canister and re-use it.
