Hello Rob,

Shipping to Colorado is Euro 5 as normal posting and Euro 16 with insurance for lost or damage (mailman brings at your door to sign for, certified mail))

With this type of transparent side marker you can not replace only the bulb by a LED.
This type of side marker is an assembly in one piece socket, bulb and lense.

Don't ask why I know :sigh:
 
I guess it's personal taste

And what you're used to. I grew up (well, not really and I don't plan to any time soon!) with the small Euro style side markers and I prefer their look. The "federalized" versions look too big for the car, but that's just my perception.
