Met a TopTul seller on line who has a batch of new TopTul items for sale. Dennis has proven to be a good seller to deal with. TopTul is not well know in the US, yet offers some of the best in hand tool values anywhere. Tools are made in Taiwan, of excellent quality and cost -vs- performance.
