They are hard to find for sure! But, from time to time a good one pops up. Here's an example that may not be showroom, but it's very nice.

I would think that networking, and a large bank account would help shake a few out too. I suspect that recent (high) prices may have coaxed some long time owners to decide to sell. (Either that or their estate is selling one the former owner never would. - We are getting to the point where original owners are "aging out".)
