I would REMOVE the L and R bumper "surrounds", the bumper and the RUBBER spoiler, leaving the steel spoiler in place. (If yur steel one is missing... someone left it off after an accident!!! You'll need to get another)
Remove the two tin plates under the headlights, as viewed from the front, install two 74 or 75 panel mounted turn signals. (See Scot's Car.)
Remove both bumper shocks... what to do here is up to you... install a single rail bumper, install 74 wrap arounds, install caps, cut them off???
Modify the top 6 screw mounts to accept the new (old style) grill. I believe the lower 4 screw mounts will work with the existing STEEL spoiler or tabs will need to welded, riveted or screwed togther at the spoiler.
I am about to put up a FLAWLESS used '74 egg-grate grill with NO cutouts, no damage, like NEW... on eBay..,

I think they BELONG there as this car's spoiler was the same original factory BROWN as the rest of the car!
You know body shops... and maybe it wasn't all their fault as ya had to KNOW there was the stock steel one under it... they just probably ordered the spoiler... two weeks later they just bolted it up not realizing or nor BOTHERING to do it right.
I made some lazy-L brackets to support my rubber only one!
Giant had two somewhat dinged steel spoilers for about 25 each... but I haven't seen them lately... I could check...

I think they BELONG there as this car's spoiler was the same original factory BROWN as the rest of the car!
You know body shops... and maybe it wasn't all their fault as ya had to KNOW there was the stock steel one under it... they just probably ordered the spoiler... two weeks later they just bolted it up not realizing or nor BOTHERING to do it right.
I made some lazy-L brackets to support my rubber only one!
Giant had two somewhat dinged steel spoilers for about 25 each... but I haven't seen them lately... I could check...
