My back hurts a lot.
Back pain, especially disc pain, can be reduced by moving weight off of the spine. One way is to recline the seat back more, which puts the body's weight on the seat.
The other way is to "slump" down in the seat, which transfers weight more evenly to other vertebrae and discs.
I'm too tall to do either in the X.
Motorcycles are the WORST for back pain. In desperation I'll lean forward and prop my elbow on the gas tank.
