These are two stock seat rails welded together. This came with some seats I once bought, even the holes were already there...
 
HAHAHA... Clever Ulix! I think I woulda...

... mounted the top... and strapped or bolted the two sets of two tires to the top... then carry a FRIEND in the car to assist you... or... visa-versa!

Awesome job Ulix! I will have to replicate such If I ever get my X back in running order and wish to make it to a track day event.
