Radiator mystery leak

I think the info you might find about repairing aluminum radiators is concerning the newer aluminum and plastic type. They are a bit different than these aftermarket all aluminum ones. So I'm not sure how much that info will pertain to these.
 
I've been designing radiators for almost ten years and all the suppliers are using epoxy to stop minor leaks. If it is leaking in a weld they might reweld that area.
