Pretty sure it is the same slave as the X. Looks like Rockauto.com has them in stock.

Or it is "Unobtainium racing" who is posting (a forum member less active these days). He usually put ridiculously high prices but he just want to attract attention. Don't think it's working, but it is his strategy.
