I needed a rad fan switch for my '86, but mistakenly ordered the one for early cars when I really needed the one for late cars. As soon as I opened the package I knew I goofed. Brand new from MWB, never got within 20 feet of the car.
From what I can tell, the two flavors are identical at the rad end, the difference is at the plug end. Early cars use a perpendicular hard plastic spade plug, while late cars use the male-female bullet plug that's a softer black rubber.
I did not want to hack my harness, so I sourced the correct one locally.
Since Midwest's policy does not allow returns on electrical items, I figure I'll just list it here for a forum member.
