Backed with automotive grade black self adhesive foam, as used on most modern car badges of this type. Easy to apply, just peel off the backing and stick!

I love those! Diameter? As big as OEM? (I like 'em smaller) Let's see 40mm is about 1.5", that's way smaller. Nice.
 
I would like two of the steering wheel centers. 38mm would be perfect for my application. Can you cut them to that size? If not, I still want two. How do I pay you?
