How are the welds? is there any rust inside the fill spout? I ask because I have purchased a few of these last year with issues. My fault because I forgot to do my due diligence and ask the sellers. I have my welder welding on one of them because it wouldnt hold pressure it was leaking.

Any pics of this will help. Let us know if it has been pressure tested as well. Thanks. Jeff
 
the car was running until a year ago, so it should be ok, but thanks for noticing. i will make a picture of it,
