Tire / Wheel Question

I have an 82' X with two sets of aluminum wheels to choose from. OZ 13x8 and Fiat 13x5.5's.
Can a 185-195/60/13 be mounted to an 8" wide wheel? Would this be safe? Tire ware issues?
Can a 205/60 be mounted to a 5.5in wheel safely?

Since I'm pretty new to X's...Is it better to use a smaller tire in front than on the back? Or is better to keep em all the same size?
 
185/60 on 8" will work, but it is quite strechted on the rim.
Some like this look, some don't.
It is definitely an extreme fit, normally 7" is the best width for 185.
Not so bad in this pic, I think this particular 185/60 is fairly wide, it may be more stretched with other brand tires:

It may fit the X, but you have to have the offset just right (about 10mm I would guess).
