Turn signal/flashers not working

I have almost all the electronics working on the X1/9 except turn signal and flashers.

I have replaced the flasher relay with 4 different relays and the problem is still there.

Would a bad hazard switch cause this problem? One of the contacts on the switch pulled out and pushed it back in.

Do the other accessories on that circuit work? Do the lights on the dash come on when you turn on the ignition? Check the connectors coming off the steering column. When I had that problem it was the ignition switch that had crapped out.

Would a bad hazard switch cause this problem?

Most certainly could. Power to both the hazards and the directionals pass through the hazard switch.

One of the contacts on the switch pulled out and pushed it back in.
Which contact? The one with a white wire going to it?

If you measure voltage at the flasher relay socket, what do you read at the white wire? With ignition off you should have battery voltage here when the hazard switch is turned on. With ignition on, you should have battery voltage regardless of whether the hazard switch is on or off.
