Using a Old Style Lower Engine Mount in a FI car

I have the bottom engine mount off the 85 X. I have a non FI mount that is minus the Muffler mount. Any danger to using the old style mount then trying to fabricate something should the muffler move around too much?

I dunno...

.... but I heard the weight will be an issue over time, since the earlier mount is intended to carry less.

It's time to come up with a revised design, I reckon. There has to be an alternative!
