Any tips on installing the washer nozzles. No matter how hard I push on the little plastic do hicky it will not tighten up.Is a dab of silicone needed?

I found the answer
I called Matt at Midwest Bayless this morning and now I have the answer. I am posting this for future reference. Thanks Matt.
The little plastic grommets push in from the top. They are very tight. Due to my new paint , 5 coats base and 5 coats clear, I had to clean the holes out with a 1/4" drill twisted by hand.
The grommets went in with a good push and some lube. The washer nozzles went in with a good hard push. They are in nine and tight now. I hope I never have to take them out.
