what is the number of this Weber carburetor

I found that the accelerator pump on this carburetor is leaking. Can anyone tell me the # of this carb and maybe help me find a diaphram ?

Weber 30 DICA. Just google that carb and rebuild kits and you'll find plenty.

Should be stamped on the lower mounting surface

Weber normally stamps the model number on the edge of the carb base. You may need to get a flashlight and mirror depending on the orientation of the carb. Here is a pic I borrowed from JeffS that gives you an idea where to look:
