What is this screw for on my 34 DAT?

I just pulled my card today in preparation to pull the cylinder head. I noticed this screw and couldn't figure out what it was for. Does anyone have a clue? Thanks

Can't be the idle mixture screw

To close to the mounting bolts try where the Carb. temp. switch mounts at to control the carb. fan. Mixture is located by under the fuel shut off sol.

That's definitely the idle mixture screw, remember this carb was designed for a FWD Lancia Beta, so the mixture screw was oriented to allow access to it on these models.
