wheel adaptor torgue specs

I just bought some 4x98 to 4x100 wheel adaptors. I'm wondering what a proper torque would be for the lug bolts to the car and the lug nuts to the the rim??

material the adaptor is made from and what standard the bolts are made to.

Sorry to be vague, but material means alot in how you tighten it down.

Kinda like Kevin said, but...

I would think the standard specs would be appropriate. That should be 65 ft/lbs and I would use that figure for both the adapter to the hub and the wheel to the adapter.
