Anyone know what a stock Bertone "phonedial" wheel weighs without a tire on it? Thanks.

Many tire mfrs have spec sheets with weights of their tires. If you put the tire/wheel combo on a bathroom scale to get the combined weight, then subtract the tire weight from the spec sheet, you get a pretty good approximation of the wheel weight.
In any case I would be surprised if it were more than 15 lbs per wheel.
