On the turn signal & parking lamp assembly, I stock both right & left new North American lamps for 1976-88. Let me know which one & confirm the application, & I can provide a hot link to what you need on my web store.
I also have lots of parts from taking some lamps apart...

The thermo time switch is one of those no longer available items new, unless someone has some old stocks.

There are currently two themo-time switches on eBay:

Thermo-Time Switch Bosch 0280130214 BMW / Rolls / Alfa / Saab / DeLorean

and

BMW / Rolls / Alfa / Saab / DeLorean Thermo-Time Switch Bosch 0280130214

The Bosch part number for the thermo time switch is 0280130214 and it is marked 35°C / 8 sec.
