not sure if it was sold or what ! , when my friend had it he resprayed it ! ( it was brown !) and he painted the interior black ! , and I remember him having the wheel rims in the lathe at work years ago !

... and thru the access panel in the trunk with the decklid up.

Never has been in my way but yur right... ya cannot lay on them unless they have a center support...
