    DCNF carb linkage

After far too many hours, mistakes, and redos I got the carb linkage together and working smoothly. But there is just the tiniest bit of room left for it to open so I'm still not quite done. I will have to move that 'lobe separation angle' to be a wee bit less.

    Throttle cable bracket differences

Can anyone confirm the differences in throttle cable brackets between a carb car and an FI car? I suspect the bracket for an FI car is longer than that for a carb car. By longer, I mean the housing of the cable is lower down on the FI bracket than on a carb bracket.

    #209 Throttle Pedal..

Pedal box for # 209 had a diversion.. The throttle pedal needed fixing due to far excessive friction.. it was essentially stuck. The plastic bushing expanded effectively locking up the pedal. carb tuning DNCVA/DCNF

I recently installed an AEM wide band sensor to help tune my carb. The car runs and drives and we just went for a quickie drive around the neighborhood. Some notes about its current condition. Engine spec is in my signature. Carb is a 36 DCNVA, very similar to a DCNF but with a manual choke...

Hey Folks, I sure would appreciate ideas and photos on creating a throttle linkage for the new twin Weber carbs I am installing on my X/19. I have a PBS manifold. The throttle rotation on the twin carbs is opposite of the stock carb. One suggestion I was given was to turn the carbs around on...

    Changing throttle cable...problem

I know retired guys need projects to keep them busy but this is ridiculous. I have the old cable disconnected from the valve cover and pulled through the fire wall. I have the gas pedal end released from the pedal assembly so the cable is now free at both ends and I only need to pull it...
