My 74 X19 is spoken for but the wheels did not sell. I was planning a full restoration but haven't had the time and I finished restoring my CD-39's and love the way they look on my Spider so...I'm selling the Campys

I will take detailed pics and update the post soon.

$1200 plus shipping. In great original condition no center caps but repros are available.

Very cool. Typical of racing wheels of that era.

Personally, I've always felt these were the best looking wheels for an X 1/9...although I do wish they had been offered in some wider/larger choices such as 13" X 6", 14" X 6.5", etc. Of course, tire fitment has always been a problem.

Back in the 1970s-80s when I had mine, several people actually told me they thought the wheels looked like they were literally "made for the car".

Brings to mind images of 60's sports racing cars or even open wheel racers. Another similar wheel I've always liked is the Revolution.

Enjoy them in good health Greg. I'd just like to find a nice set of these for when I get another X. I feel like I'll be back in the fold someday.

Add me to the list of folks who think these are the best looking wheels on an X. I sold my set to the late, great Mark Plaia (with a low-miles set of Yokohama AVS-i tires) for something like $400 circa 2001, when I sold my '76 X. I think the wheels have appreciated even more percentage-wise than X1/9s have through the years.

No kidding. $1200 is more than I have invested in BOTH of my X's.
