Tool for spring lock.
Chris the problem I had was that the system was spring lock and I didn't realize it until I started taking it apart. So rather than going on a shopping trip I turned one on my lathe from Nylon rod.
My dad has a Concord told me that the AC wasn't working, put the gage on it, nothing, this is going to be easy to find. The aluminum line that rubs on the frame had a leak in it, dealer had stock, ya, a problem that the factory knew about for years. So $125 latter he has AC and it has been going for 2 years since I did that repair. Lucky so far. The Aluminum Evaporators and condensors don't last, but the Fiat Copper ones do.
