Those are for sure Mini-lites. Panasports have a different spoke design.

I purchased those from a guy here in Town that has a huge wheel collection. He owned them for 20 years..Thats the reason I have so many wheels. I purchased like 10 sets of different rims from him a few years ago....:italia:
