Cromodora Alloy Wheel Cleaning

I have one set of Daytonas polished...

CROMODORA DAYTONA CD88 6.5X13

diamond cut on a shop to remove all the paint
To clean I use TURTLE WAX POLISH AND RUST REMOVER ***by hand***

You forgot to etch the bare magnesium first before the primer paint

Used to use Magna-Dyne for this purpose, but it's been phased out of production for being too toxic.

Best substitute that I found was Pre-Kote.

Pictures and step-by-step description of all of this magnesium wheel refinishing jazz, which as a coincidence is a current winter work-in-progress on my Daytonas, have just been posted on the X portion of my website.

Cheers - DM

No just clean it!

And polish by hand, that's why now I use the other set (CD87's) I have no time to seat to polish each wheel every 3 or 4 weeks to keep shine..

If it wasn't 3:23 AM...

HA!

Yur the BEST Bob... and I don't know why Carol pus up with you! There must be a fortune hidden it that house somewhere!
