The owner is a super friendly and knowledgeable guy. Extremely helpful. But realize he is a one man show and travels to a LOT of trade shows for his business (although maybe not so much these days?). So sometimes he cannot return emails for a few days, until he returns from traveling. Read through his website, there is a lot of info that may be helpful for you. And the price of his keys (with or without code cutting) is good, even with the shipping cost. Consider getting your keys code cut; here is some info on it:
