There is the summary of my electronic speedometer conversion.
I used a speedometer from a Fiat Punto MK1 and European X cluster who integrate oil pressure gauge, also speedometer sensor from Volkswagen.
Original US Cluster without oil pressure
I used the "Speedo Healer" for the calibration between Volkswagen speed sensor and the Fiat Punto electronic speedometer.
I also took the time to do the LED conversion of the cluster.
I replaced the EGR pilot light for radiator fan monitor when running.
Punto cluster, at the top original speedo bezel
Start to play with the Dremel
X bezel openning for digital voltmeter
LED Ribbon
Oil pressure sender
Volkswagen speedo sensor screw on trany
SpeedoHealer location
Enough loose wire for calibrate
The last thing have to be done it's the speedometer calibration .... I need to wait until snow will melt here in north !
