Got Any Nifty Cooling System Bleeder or Engine Coolant Petcock Ideas?

Waitin' On Parts...
Just curious if anyone has come up with good ideas for adding cooling system bleeder capabilities, or good ideas to improve upon the OEM engine block coolant drain petcock?

There's this nice item from the Monte Hospital that would go into the heater hose at the right rear of the engine, but it's not presently available:

Papa Tony has been advocating the use of an inexpensive "Prestone" (or equivalent) flush tee in more or less the same location:

My G35 has a bleed tee that if the right hose size could certainly be used on an X:

And IIRC Bob Grasch used this nifty push-button bleed valve when he converted to a Scirocco radiator:

Anyone have any other nifty items or ideas for bleeders or for block drain petcocks?

Found a few options for the (very difficult to find) block drain petcock.

M10 x 1.0 petcocks are very difficult to find new. There's a fuel shutoff for a ducati that might work after you remove the inline fuel filter:

Or there are M10x1.0 to 1/8 NPT adapters that open other options:

...and some 1/8 NPT valves:

Just recently added one of these godsends

Put it at the hightest point of my primary radiator hose (supply line)...meaning I cut my existing hose (shortened it) to splice this in place. Screwed a NPT 3/8" barb into the threaded hole with a rubber hose going to my overflow tank. Car practically bleeds itself now. I just release a bit of air from the radiator tank and bleeding is DONE. So much easier now than the nightmare it used to be. Mind you I don't have a Fiat motor installed in my car but it would work either way.

Not so sure about that. Most engines do t have the TStat housing uaoside down with the tstat also opening downward - hardly helps the bleeding of air that wants to rise....
