How to remove outer window door trim

Its stiff but it just lifts off, held on with clips, but there is one tiny cross head screw hidden under the felt (at least on mine) on the side opposite the hinge.
You can do this with the window all the way down, you shouldn't have to take the window glass out as I recall

General location of the little screw that holds the rear part of the door trim in place. I am not sure, but it looks like they may mount the strip then drill the hole thru the strip and the door. You have to look thru the black felt to find the screw head. Then you will need a magnet to fish it out of the door when your drop the tiny screw. Not that I have ever dropped myself.

Ahh bad memory from me, the little screw is on the inside trim.
No screws on the outside trim, it is just held on with clips
