LED Turn Signal Flasher Relay

I know this has been posted before, but couldn’t find it. I’m looking for the correct flasher for LED turn signal conversion. I bought a CF13, but the output for the dash indicator is negative and needs to be positive.

I found some other 3 pin flashers didn't work.
 
Not sure if this will help, but when I put LED's on my Spider, I bought a round electronic flasher with a ground wire. When I tried the turn signals, they would not work. When I stuck the ground wire in between the flasher mount and the flasher, 'voila, working turn signals! Hope this helps.
 
Mark, somewhere I came across a website that showed all of the terminal functions/positions for various flasher part numbers. The pic below is one example that I saved from that site (for another vehicle). This one isn't necessarily for the X1/9 application. But if you can find the site, it should give you the data you need. Unfortunately I only have this one image and not a link to the site. Hopefully you can find a site like it by a Google search.
