Good looking yes, but the Scorpiacarlo is another car that has suffered the same lack of development as the x1/9. It's potential is also equally great. I have on in storage.. hoping one day I'll get to put it back on the road with a V6 at some point as the chassis was originally designed and intended be powered with a V6. It will be a GT road trip car.
One more note, there are very, very few of these on the road today and their market value has increased over the years more so in the Eu than in the USA. Really good examples are near 20K Euros and rising.

'Beater' huh?What's in a name anyway...
I have ALWAYS wanted a Scorpion. I had a chance to get one about 16 years ago but a friend talked me out of it. He claimed that particular car had made its way into the SF bay. I don't recall the story exactly but at the time it was enough to scare me away from it.
They are such good looking cars.
