I liked my Civic....

....but I'd never buy another...

I had just parked the car & removed my then infant daughter from the back, walked up the steps to the house, when a drunk driver swerved off the road, bounced off my neighbours car, & plowed into the back of the Honda. No walking away from that one if my daughter & I had been still in it.

A shame to see an X end up like that, but I can understand the drunk driver thing. The photo is how I lost my first X in 1981, the smear on the driver’s side is my brains leaking onto my then, perfect finish. Other driver had no license, reg, insurance, and stolen plates, and they let him go, (in New York) typical…….

Ouch!

That's quite a pic!

The drunk driver in my case, got out of the car, walked to the bushes and threw away the bottle of scotch he was chugging before the cops arrived. They didn't seem particularly interested in breatherlyzer (sp?) testing the DOCTOR either :mad2:
