Rear toe-in set to +1/8" total. Per Steve Hoelscher's post re: simple street track alignment setup.

Front toe-in set also to +1/8" total; front did not require any adjustment which I take as a good stable sign. It didn't seem like the radius bushing refresh would have a measurable impact on toe, and it did not.

Test drive tomorrow with report forthcoming.

Car tracks very well now with the rear A arm bushings renewed, ball joints serviced, alignment, new fasteners. An adventure worth doing.
 
Question for you Doug:

What is the thread pitch on the lower A arm ball joint fastener? I need to order a thread chaser die.

Hi Jim. for rear a-arm ball joint, it is M14 x 1.5 RHT. Tough size to find. By the way, same size on the a-arm bolts.
