Wheel lug bolts for alloy vs steel wheels

Thanks guys. I am familiar with the break away bolts. Probalby will try and disconnect the steering coulmn at the pinch bolt on the rack and just kick the wheels in the direction of travel. Drop the column if needed. I looked at the parts manual and this apears to be do-able.

Some night this week I'll go measure the 'fetta wheels. I have a set of Ronal A1 14" that I'd prefer to use, but also a set of CD66 replicas like Bobkat has on his blue X. They are 15X7 and designed for a modern Fiat 500, but I read his thread and it looks like his installed fine with the stock spacers and maybe longer lug bolts - although he has coil overs. Fender lip clearance may be a question, but I only need to move a short distance in a straight line.

I'll know in about a week if this is all going to come together. Fun fun fun!

Ronals are +33 offset, so likely to need some washers there. The CD66 are 25 IIRC may just take those.
