Here there are two revisions of the AFM Cover, which should fit all Fuel Injected X1/9s. Revision 001 is slightly looser fitting- but verified to fit, and Revision 002 has a bit of a tighter fit. As with the standard Bosch AFM covers, it must be sealed to the AFM with the use of some sort of glue or sealant- I recommend using a flexible and non permanent glue, in case you ever need to remove the cover. I used a Loctite product which is supposed to be flexible and durable. Apply a moderate bead around the outside edge of the cover, being sure not to spill any inside the ridge- you don't want glue floating around inside your AFM.

For best results, print this part with the top (visible when on the AFM) side down, preferably on a smooth print bed, using 100% infill. This will help ensure it is sealed and not porous. If you would like to mask the matte finish so common with 3D printed parts, you can use an acetone vapor bath (check google) to achieve a glossy and OEM like finish. This part has withstood over a year on my X1/9, with no degradation, despite me printing it from one of the worst materials for automotive use: PLA. I highly recommend using ABS or PETG.

As always, if you have questions, send me a PM on the forums: Jonohhh
